Go Big! Knoxville is a mentoring program serving youth that may be facing adversity in Knoxville’s community. The program is a collaborative effort between the Knoxville Police Department and Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee. It is volunteer based, meaning that volunteer mentors, or “Bigs,” fuel the success of the program. “Bigs” are interviewed and matched with “littles” based on similar interests, hobbies, personality traits, etc. and mentor them through the Community Based Program OR the Site Based Program.
