Bigs, Littles, parents, caregivers, and community groups are invited to volunteer!
Each volunteer that sells a minimum number of programs (10) also receives entry into the game via a free pass. The partnership is a phenomenal way for volunteers to help our agency raise money to make matches and be rewarded with entry into the UT games.
Parking information for the 2019 UT football season is available at this link.
As with any UT game, volunteers can park in any downtown garage for free — note that it is a long walk! Other cheaper options may be found on Parking.com.
During the 2019 season, the first five Matches or caregivers to sign up will receive a free parking pass. (This is not available for volunteer groups.)
Volunteers should arrive at Gate 10 no later than three hours before kickoff to receive a BBBS smock, programs, petty cash, and instructions.
Volunteers may securely store belongings at our booth at Gate 10. (Important note: The University of Tennessee has a strict clear bag policy. Please plan accordingly if you are going to attend the game.) We will work to have food and drinks available for Bigs and Littles.
Thirty minutes before kickoff, all volunteers will re-convene to check out by returning unsold programs and all proceeds. The volunteer will then collect an entry pass and enter the game. (Note that entry passes do not include a seat. We will do everything possible to secure tickets for matches, parents, guardians, and volunteers; on games where attendance is low, we will recommend a section with the best seating opportunity.)

The Vol Network has graciously offered incentives for our top sellers. The top Match in terms of program sales will receive an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Neyland Stadium in the spring of 2020. Individual game incentives might also be offered.
