Big Heights Halloween Rooftop Crawl

UTS Charity Workout Winner I'm afraid of heights!

Registration for the 2020 event is not yet open – check back here, or email if you have questions.
October 22, 2020, 6pm – 10pm | Downtown Knoxville

Event Overview

Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee at the fifth annual Big Heights Rooftop Crawl, presented by FirstBank on October 22, 2020.

Attendees will once again crawl the roofs high above downtown Knoxville sampling a wide variety of delicious food and beverages and jamming to live music in their Halloween costumes.

This year’s theme will be Halloween, and we strongly encourage guests to wear their costumes. [Attendees who do so will receive an additional drink voucher.] There will be prizes for best solo costume, best duo costume, and best group costumes. Need inspiration? Check out photos from last year’s event!

Important note: The 2019 BHRC sold out—we encourage you to buy tickets early!

What should I wear?
First of all, you should dress up! We’ll have a Halloween costume contest for individuals, pairs, and groups. We also recommend you wear comfortable shoes, as there will be a good deal of walking involved.

What should I bring?
Bring your phone for taking and sharing photos, and your ID to show at check-in. Again, we also highly encourage guests to dress up and enter the costume contest! It is Halloween, after all!

What happens if it rains?
The event is RAIN OR SHINE! We will secure back-up space should there be inclement weather. (And, please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather.)

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
We cannot provide refunds for the event. Tickets are neither refundable nor transferable.

Do I have a rooftop route?
We are planning for the crawl to once again be open, meaning that after Langley, you can go to whatever rooftops you please. We plan to provide rooftop capacity updates via Twitter (@TennesseeBig) throughout the night; you can also follow the hashtag #BBBSontheRoof for event updates.

Do I need to be 21 years of age to participate?
All participants should be 21 years old, and prepared to show ID at check-in.

Where do I park?
There is plenty of parking in and around downtown Knoxville. We’ll share more details in the know-before-you-go email you’ll receive the week of the crawl.

What is the event hashtag?
We encourage you to share photos on social media using #BBBSontheRoof.
